With all Pork and Beef bought from the neighbouring farm and all ingredients grown on site, The chefs at Vallum use modern techniques to keep there menus ahead of the curve and current where you can tailor your menu to suit your budget and dietary requirements whilst still receiving an exceptionally high standard.
